Individual Income Tax Returns - As an IRS Registered Tax Return Preparer, I can prepare your Federal 1040 and associated schedules and forms as well as state returns.
Income Tax Planning - There are a number of legal options available to minimize your tax liability for both individuals and businesses, but most of them need to be done before the end of the year. Let's take the time to do a tax projection before year-end to see what options are available to you.
Small Business Accounting/Bookkeeping - Whether you need to keep track of your finances for the IRS, for your investors, or just for yourself, I can help you get everything in order.
Quickbooks Consulting - If you're looking to computerize your business accounting, I'm very familiar with Quickbooks and how to massage it to meet your business needs.

Rates

Since I am a one-man operation at this point, I have to play the part of an entire firm. So I've designed my rates to be appropriate for the type of work performed. Since every business is unique, special pricing may be available depending on your needs. These prices are approximate and may vary on a case-by-case basis. For tax preparation services, in addition to the hourly rate there will also be processing charges based primarily on costs of the tax software. Rates are schedule to rise as a result of the mandatory health insurance requirement of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Obamacare):

Experience

Income Tax Accounting - Prepared a wide range of income tax returns including Federal Individual, Corporation, S Corporation, Partnership, and Non-Profit; and Virginia, Maryland, and D.C. state tax returns.
Payroll Taxes - Extensive experience with Federal and Virginia employment taxes.
Accounting Services - Worked with a number of small and start-up businesses in assembling financial data to provide information for internal and external use.
