President and CEO - David Kim
Mr. David Kim, B.S.E.E., is the President & Chief Security Officer for Security Evolutions, Inc. (SEI) located outside of Washington, D.C. in Fairfax, Virginia. SEI provides IT security training and consulting services for large enterprises, banking, financial, manufacturing, healthcare, and retail organizations around the world. SEI has specific expertise and experience in VoIP and SIP layered security solutions where privacy data may encompass both data and voice communications. SEI currently provides the following IT security consulting services for corporations, k-12/higher-education, manufacturing, banking, and financial services organizations:

Currently Mr. Kim is the Chief Security Officer of Security Evolutions, Inc. (SEI), an information security consulting and training firm. Mr. Kim.s IT and IT security experience encompasses over 20 years of technical engineering, technical management, and sales and marketing management experience in the IT field as well as with large service providers. This experience includes LAN/WAN, internetworking, enterprise network management, and IT security for voice, video, and data networking infrastructures. Currently, Mr. Kim is an active IT security consultant, trainer, and developer and is instrumental in defining SEI.s security products and services. These IT security consulting services include risk and vulnerability assessments, IT security audits, enterprise vulnerability management, business continuity and disaster recovery plans, VoIP and IP telephony security assessments, and developing IT security strategic plans for large commercial, publicly traded, government, and higher-education clients throughout the world.

Previously, Mr. Kim was the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of (ISC)2 Institute located outside the metropolitan Washington, D.C. area in Vienna, VA where he was responsible for content development, educational products, and educational delivery for (ISC)2 (www.isc2.org) and its IT security professional certifications such as the CISSP®, SSCP®, and ISSEP® professional certifications. .

Currently, Mr. Kim is active in the Information Security field and is an active speaker and presenter at IT security conferences and trade shows around the world. Mr. Kim develops courseware and presentations on various information security related topics including IT Security Architectures & Frameworks, Compliancy Laws and their Impact on IT Infrastructures, Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Planning, VoIP, SIP and Convergence Security.

Mr. Kim recently published a book entitled "Inside Network Security Assessment - Guarding Your IT Infrastructure", ISBN# 0-672-32809-7 which discusses recent compliancy laws and their impact on IT infrastructures, conducting risk and security assessments, and implementing proper security controls (policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines) pertaining to confidentiality, integrity, and availability business drivers.

During the 1990.s, Mr. Kim founded a company called Network Evolutions, Inc. which focused on enterprise and broadband network design, network implementation, and large-scale broadband IP networks supporting converged voice, video, and data communications. Network Evolutions, Inc. was acquired by IXC Communications, Inc./Broadwing, Inc. (NYSE: BRW) in 1999 during the Internet/Telecommunication.s boom of the late 1990's.
